As you'd expect, the fabric used is HEMP CANVAS.
Hemp has thick, short fibers, so turning it into fabric requires the skills of an experienced craftsman and consistent quality control. While some fibers may protrude during weaving, as shown in the photo, this is more of a unique characteristic of hemp than a flawed stitching.
