E-Commerce Executive

Location: Manchester
Hours: Full time
Salary: £23,000 – £27,000 dependant on experience

Nigel Cabourn has been in the industry for more than 50 years, creating collections that are not based on trends, but are inspired by real events and real people. We are an established menswear brand looking to expand our small team and grow.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our Manchester based team. Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, in this role you will be responsible for managing and optimising our website, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving revenue growth. This role would suit candidates with least one year’s experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, or a recent graduate with retail/e-commerce experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage our e-commerce website using Shopify, taking full control of product management including upload, descriptions, images etc.
  • Implement SEO improvements across product and landing pages.
  • Assist the team with the creation, planning and execution of online promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor the success of marketing efforts using analytics tools, tracking key metrics such as sales, traffic and conversions.
  • Make improvements to the customer journey and optimise website performance.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, creating reports with actionable insights.
  • Conduct brand competitor research and keep afloat of industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably within the menswear market of the fashion/retail industry.
  • Experience with Shopify and email marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and Adobe Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experienced Administrator/PA

Location: Jesmond, Newcastle. Parking available, office based.
Hours: Permanent role. Flexible part time. Ideally Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10am - 3pm.
Salary: Hourly rate dependant on experience.

We are looking for an experienced administrator/personal assistant to support our Head Designer and the Design team in Jesmond, Newcastle.

Duties will include: email management, diary management, arranging travel and accommodation. Basic knowledge of general accounting; updating records and databases for financial, legal and personal information. Manage and track expenses associated with general running of office. Must be proficient in IT skills and typing, Microsoft Office Suite.
